It matches both my gold and silver jewelry which makes it very versatile. The expansion band is great- comfortable and easily wearable when it is hot outside since I wear it a little loose. I have gotten many, many compliments on this watch. I love it!Addition: I have purchased this watch three times now. Why? I love the look of the watch but each time I needed to get a new one because some of the metal on the band fell off. The watch was still functional but it didn't look as nice anymore. I am about to purchase it one more time but there is definitely a problem with the band if you plan on wearing it everyday like I wear mine. WRONG. It was absolutely stunning when brand new: shiny and very classy-looking. But in less than TWO WEEKS, the band had scratches that made it look worn and cheap. (I promise I did not mistreat it!) And, to make it worse, the band actually consists of link caps/covers of which TWO have popped off and been lost, exposing the boring ugly stretch band underneath.
